When you place an order, 3 things will happen automatically:
 
1. You will be sent a receipt for your purchase, and an invoice for any remaining balance owed if you only paid an initial deposit;
 
2. You will be issued your Richly Rewards card if you are a first time client and your points for your first purchase with us will already be pre-loaded for use with your next travel booking with us;
 
3. Your flight ticket, as well as your ground transport pickup ticket if you selected that service as an add-on, will be generated and send to you as a PDF file which you may download and print, or simply save to your mobile device.
 
Please call if you have any questions. Minimum 10% deposit is required upfront, and payment in full is required no less than 72 hours prior to travel. No refunds except for extenuating circumstances. Please see our refund policy for futher information.

We offer many flexible payment options including financing for those who qualify as well as cryptocurrency payments. For those who prefer traditional invoicing with the ability to pay over the phone by credit card and wire transfer, we accept that as well. You may also send us a business check or certified bank check as long as we receive it within our time policy, or we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip.
