Lewis Aviation is an aircraft charter brokerage firm based in the Reno-Tahoe area of Northern Nevada, and we are in business for the sole purpose of bringing you a charter experience like no other. We're doing things differently by creating a one-stop-shop for clients to book travel through, and functions as your personal concierge to get you from door-to-door.

Here's how it works:

STEP #1

​

Browse through our current inventory of cities that we travel to, which is constantly growing. If you'd like to learn more about each city and what it has to offer, simply click on its link and you can read all about it! Once you see something you like, and have a date and time in mind when you'd like to travel, move onto...

STEP #2

​

Next, you'll decide what type of aircraft you'd like to charter there. If you have a large group and want extra comfort for longer trips, you'll want to go with a larger jet. If you have a smaller group and/or don't need to go as far, you may want to opt for a turboprop or a light jet. Not sure what to choose? Give us a call and our experts can help.

The notion that you are "missing out" on any kind of luxury experience due to your selection of a smaller turboprop over a larger jet is completely false. Private plane selection is purely based on payload and range and has nothing to do with quality and interior. They are all luxury and pristine, and we are confident that our fleet will be up to your standards, or we wouldn't risk putting our name on it. On the opposite end of the spectrum, it's also a myth that larger jets are unaffordable, because due to the fact that they carry more capacity, the cost per passenger breakdown actually makes them "just as affordable" as an average "last minute" first class ticket on the airlines.

You'll also want to decide if you'll be requiring us to provide you with our premier services such as catering and luxury ground transportation to and from the airport. These are all-inclusive up to 6 passengers and are calculated at a flat rate. When you get to the next step, simply check the boxes as needed to calculate your estimate.

STEP #3

Here you'll calculate the cost of your trip using our simple and intuitive trip cost calculator that is unique to Lewis Aviation LLC and you'll only find on our website. The result of your inputs is as close to your official quote as possible, but you'll need an official quote to book your trip with us and make the terms official. That's where the official quote request form just below it comes in. Once we receive your request, we will email you your official quote on a company letterhead, and if everything looks good, we'll follow that up with an invoice which will need to be paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to your trip. For everything outside of the 72 hour window, Lewis Aviation collects a non-refundable 10% deposit for all services.

We accept all major credit cards, cashiers checks, business checks (no personal checks), wire transfers, and PayPal.
